The Ruger 10/22 Carbine is a semi-automatic rimfire rifle chambered in .22 LR. First introduced more than half a century ago, the 10/22 platform is widely recognized for its modular design and consistent operation. It uses a detachable rotary magazine system and Ruger’s long-standing receiver and barrel configuration. This model includes a detachable 10-round rotary magazine designed with an internal rotor that separates cartridges to support reliable feeding. A prominent magazine release allows the flush-mounted magazine to be removed quickly and easily.

The rifle features a cold hammer-forged barrel secured to the receiver using Ruger’s two-screw V-block locking system, a design intended to provide consistent barrel alignment. For mounting optics, the rifle ships with a combination scope base adapter compatible with both Weaver-style bases and .22 tip-off scope mounts. Safety is provided through a push-button, cross-bolt manual safety located in front of the trigger guard. The trigger housing assembly is constructed from heat-stabilized, glass-filled polymer.
