Brigade Manufacturing Makasi MK-15 Semi-Auto
The Brigade Manufacturing Makasi is a modern rifle platform inspired by the iconic “Right Arm of the Free World,” combining classic FAL heritage with contemporary American engineering and AR-style ergonomics. This Canadian variant features an 18.6" barrel, making it Non-Restricted in Canada, and is configured to meet Canadian compliance requirements while maintaining strong performance and handling characteristics.
The Makasi is built around a short-stroke gas piston system paired with a bufferless recoil design, delivering reliable cycling and smooth operation. It utilizes a non-reciprocating side charging handle for intuitive manipulation and improved handling under all conditions.
This model is also equipped with a 12" M-LOK handguard, providing a lightweight and modular mounting platform for accessories while maintaining excellent heat management and control. Completing the package is a durable Para-style folding stock mounted on a reinforced two-screw system, allowing the rifle to be fired effectively in both folded and deployed positions.
Blending historic design influence with modern modularity, the Makasi offers a versatile and rugged platform tailored for Canadian shooters seeking innovation, adaptability, and compliance in one package.
