The Mini Bolt Youth G2 is designed to provide young first-time users with the safest, simplest, and most satisfying experience behind the trigger. A newly integrated feed ramp in the receiver makes it easier than ever to load a round into the chamber. Simply drop a .22 cartridge into the receiver and the feed ramp will help guide the round right into the chamber. This simple yet impactful improvement reduces fumbling and frustration, allowing more focus on learning the basics of safety and marksmanship.
From the barrel to the receiver, the Mini Bolt Youth G2 features corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction. Built to withstand range days, rough handling, and all-season conditions, it’s as durable as it is dependable. The Mini Bolt Youth G2 offers an added layer of security with both a manual thumb safety switch and an exposed cocking knob at the rear of the bolt. This combination gives instructors, parents and mentors a clear visual and tactile control, making it easy to teach safe handling practices with confidence. The added step also slows down the pace of training so that every shot is made with purpose and conviction.
Bright fiber optic sights come standard, featuring two orange dots at the rear and a green front sight for fast, intuitive target acquisition. Whether it’s the first time on the bench or the hundredth round at the range, the sight picture is easy to understand, easy to teach, and satisfying to master. An 11.5″ length of pull, wraparound checkering on the beavertail forearm, and a lightweight synthetic stock (available in black or Muddy Girl® camo) ensure a comfortable, secure hold for smaller frames. At just 3.25 lbs., it’s light enough to carry all day and shoulder with ease.
