Magpul Eyewear Pivot - Black Frame / Grey Lens

The Pivot is a casual design based on our Explorer model, merging high performance with casual style in a fit that suits small to medium faces. Its lightweight frame, low profile temples, and impact-resistant lens and frame combination are casual enough for everyday use.

The Pivot’s frames are constructed from TR90NZZ, the strongest thermoplastic material available for eyewear and, combined with its impact-resistant lenses, makes them some of the most durable, flexible, and lightweight sunglasses available. Their oleophobic polycarbonate lenses shed liquid and won’t be degraded by water, sweat, or chemicals. The overmolded anti-slip rubber nose and temple pads prevent slippage, no matter what activity you’re engaged in.

The Pivot comes in a range of polarization, color and mirror options to give you the premium clarity and contrast you need from a great pair of shades, while also supporting many high energy activities in variable light conditions and environments.

    • Though not rated to Z87.1 due to the wrap and shape of the Pivot, the lens and frames were engineered to the same ballistic impact protection standards as our other eyewear.
    • Lenses provide high velocity impact protection.
    • Frames are constructed of TR90NZZ, combining lightweight construction with dependable ballistic protection.

    Built-In Premium Features:

    • Oleophobic treatment on lenses repels water and provides oil, sweat, sunscreen and other chemical protection along with scratch resistance.
    • Anti-reflective coating on inside of lenses minimizes distracting reflections.
    • Coated stainless steel pins provide simple but dependable hinge functionality.

    Comfortable and Compatible with your Gear:

    • Padded low profile temples integrate smoothly under helmets, communication headsets and over the ear hearing protection while providing comfort with rubber nose and temple pads.
    • Rubber nose and temple pads are overmolded to the frame for durability.
